Staples Canada is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant to champion customer experience in the wireless department. You will empower our work, learn, and grow culture for customers and associates, sharing knowledge on the latest wireless products, services, and trends.

Primarily a sales role, you will help customers and business clients meet goals by applying your knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrates strong selling ability.
• Demonstrates ability to coach others.
• Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to handle daily responsibilities and serve our customers.

Responsibilities

• Connect, share, and partner with customers, identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Help customers by meeting and exceeding their needs; be an expert with our product and services; follow up to solicit feedback.
• Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers and encourage referrals.
• Responsible for achieving personal sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, including current pricing.
• Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
• Stay updated through internal channels and effectively resolve customer concerns or escalate when needed.
