Job summary

Staples Canada in Toronto is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant to elevate the customer experience in the wireless department. You will share expertise on the latest wireless products and services, helping both personal and business customers achieve their goals through knowledge and enthusiasm.

You will collaborate with the store team, stay current on offerings, and drive sales while maintaining store merchandising and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrates strong selling ability.
• Demonstrates ability to coach others.
• Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed customer needs; know products and services; follow up for feedback.
• Partner with store team to promote offers and drive referrals.
• Responsible for achieving personal sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards including current pricing.
• Support asset protection and privacy standards.
• Stay updated via internal channels and communications.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
