Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant to champion the customer experience in the wireless department. You will share knowledge with customers and associates, stay current on wireless trends, and help both consumers and business customers reach their working and learning goals.

You will work with the store team to promote offers, maintain pricing, and deliver outstanding service while achieving personal sales targets and upholding privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrates strong selling ability.
• Demonstrates ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Connect, share, and partner with customers, identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed customer needs; be an expert with products and services.
• Reconnect and follow up with customers to solicit feedback on sales and promote additional products.
• Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers and encourage referrals.
• Responsible for achieving personal sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, including current pricing.
• Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
• Stay updated through internal channels and communications.
• Effectively resolves customer concerns and escalates when appropriate.
