Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrates strong selling ability.
• Demonstrates ability to coach others.
• Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to handle daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and identify wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote offers and encourage referrals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and current pricing.
• Support asset protection and privacy procedures.
• Stay updated through internal communications channels.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to management when needed.
