Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness in Burnaby is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote our plant-based wellness line. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and help build personalized wellness baskets.

You’ll use strong communication, empathy, and active listening to connect with Community Members, drive sales, and contribute to a welcoming store culture. Training and onboarding support are provided.

• Customer-service focused individuals who can build relationships and listen actively.
• Strong communication, empathy, and product knowledge are essential.
• Ability to educate customers and make thoughtful product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Saje Experience and guide wellness journeys for customers.
