Saje Natural Wellness in Canada is seeking Store Team Members to create exceptional customer experiences and guide wellness journeys with plant-powered products.

You'll demonstrate products, educate customers on natural wellness, and build tailored recommendations while contributing to a positive team culture. The role requires a high school diploma and a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required.
• Comfortable working in a scented environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong wellness interest and plant-powered philosophy.
• Able to deliver personalized, hands-on customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Store experience: connect with customers and deliver exceptional service per the Saje model.
• GPOP demonstrations to raise product awareness inside and outside the store.
• Educate customers on 100% natural wellness and product knowledge.
• Make bold recommendations and build baskets to support health habits.
• Foster an inclusive team culture and positive work environment.
