Saje Natural Wellness is seeking a retail team member to deliver the Saje Experience through product demos and personalized recommendations while educating customers on natural wellness. You’ll engage with Community Members, build baskets, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

You’ll work part of a collaborative team in a scented retail environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and sales growth while upholding merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education.
• Strong communication, empathy and active listening.
• Experience with product sales and consumer engagement.
• Comfort working in scented environment.

Responsibilities
