Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness is looking for a Store Team Member to deliver the Saje Experience, guiding customers through product demos and education. You’ll connect with Community Members, recommend natural wellness solutions, and build baskets that meet customer needs.

The role supports a positive store culture and cross-functional teamwork. Responsibilities include authentic customer engagement, product demonstrations, and contributing to visual merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to connect with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for personalized recommendations.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Upselling and product knowledge to build baskets and drive sales.
• Ability to apply product usage personally and guide Community Members.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional in-store experience following the Saje model.
• Demonstrate products and educate customers on natural wellness.
• Build product baskets and make bold recommendations to meet wellness needs.
• Contribute to team and store performance with merchandising and operations tasks.
