Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness is seeking a Store Team Member to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and guide wellness journeys in our West Vancouver location. You will deliver the Saje Experience, educate on natural wellness, and build personalized recommendations while upholding store standards.

You will contribute to a collaborative team, meet KPIs, and support merchandising and daily operations. A high school diploma is required, and a scented environment is part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell and build product baskets.
• Comfortable in scented environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide authentic customer service following the Saje experience.
• Demonstrate products and explain 100% natural wellness.
• Educate customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Support store operations and merchandising.
