Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness is seeking a Retail Team Member in Victoria, BC to deliver the Saje Experience. You will connect with customers, demonstrate products, and provide education on natural wellness to help customers live healthier lives.

You’ll build personalized baskets, drive sales, and support a positive, inclusive store culture. You’ll contribute to merchandising and operations, maintain product knowledge, and participate in a friendly, scent-friendly environment with flexible hours across

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Morning/evening/weekend/holiday availability is needed.
• Comfortable working in a scented environment.
• Ability to build genuine relationships through strong communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and deliver consistent, exceptional service.
• Demonstrate products and educate on 100% natural wellness.
• Make bold recommendations to create product baskets and healthy habits.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment with belonging and inclusion.
• Use GPOP (Get Product On People) to raise product awareness.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store operations as needed.
