Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness in Calgary, Alberta is hiring Store Team Members to deliver the Saje Experience, educate customers on 100% natural wellness, and build personalized product baskets. You’ll demonstrate, connect with Community Members, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Responsibilities include in-store demos, educating on products, and supporting store goals with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a scented environment.
• Passionate about engaging with Community Members through product demos and personalized service.
• Strong communication, empathy and active listening skills.
• Aptitude for product sales, consumer engagement and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
• Confident in making bold, strategic recommendations to drive product sales and basket growth.
• Ability to upsell (try-3 products) and build cross-category recommendations.
• Flexible schedule with mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; varying hours.
• Minimum of a high school education is required.

Responsibilities

• Store Experience: Connect with customers and deliver exceptional service following the Saje experience.
• GPOP to demonstrate products inside and outside the store to drive awareness.
• Educate on natural wellness and make wellness easy and inclusive for all.
• Make bold recommendations to support wellness needs and build baskets.
• Contribute to a team environment with belonging and inclusion.
• Business Ownership: Help drive store KPIs, revenue and loyalty program growth.
• Complete tasks from Store Manager including visual merchandising, operations and development.
