Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness in Vancouver is seeking motivated Store Team Members to deliver the Saje Experience, educate customers on natural wellness, and build personalized product baskets. You’ll work with a friendly team, supporting merchandising and store operations while embracing a culture of inclusivity and wellness.

The role requires availability mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with base pay CAD 19–22 per hour. High school diploma is required and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication, empathy and active listening for customer interactions.
• Ability to educate customers on 100% natural wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, exceptional service following the Saje experience.
• Educate customers on our 100% natural wellness products.
• Build product baskets and make bold recommendations to increase basket size.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and inclusive culture.
• Assist with merchandising, operations, and development tasks.
• Lead by example and coach team members as needed.
