Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness in Burnaby—part‑time retail team member role focused on delivering the Saje Experience to customers through demos, education and tailored recommendations. You will help build baskets, upsell products, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

You’ll work with a collaborative team to achieve store KPIs, support merchandising, and engage Community Members while educating them about 100% natural wellness.

Qualifications

• Deliver the Saje Experience with product demos, education and tailored recommendations.
• Connect authentically with customers and maintain store standards and culture.
• Comfortable working in a scented environment and engaging with Community Members.

Responsibilities

• Store Experience: connect with customers, deliver exceptional service, demonstrate products (GPOP), educate on natural wellness, build baskets, foster belonging.
• Business Ownership: contribute to store KPIs, drive revenue and loyalty program growth, ensure product knowledge, uphold merchandising standards, support community outreach.
• Collaborate with team, participate in visual merchandising, operations and training as needed.
