Saje Natural Wellness in Richmond, BC is hiring Store Team Members to deliver the Saje Experience, guiding customers through product demos and education on 100% natural wellness. You’ll build genuine relationships, listen actively, and help guests create wellness routines that fit their lives.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a scented environment.
• Passionate about engaging with Community Members in a personalized, hands-on way—demonstrating how to use products and applying them directly to yourself and to Community Members to create meaningful experiences.
• Strong communication, empathy and active listening skills are essential.
• Strong aptitude for product sales, consumer engagement, and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
• Bold, strategic recommendations to drive product sales and increase basket size.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and deliver exceptional service following the Saje experience.
• Demonstrate products and educate on 100% natural wellness to make wellness accessible.
• Make bold recommendations to support customers' wellness needs and build baskets.
• Contribute to a team environment with belonging and inclusion.
• Drive awareness using GPOP inside and outside the store.
• Be accountable to store commercial goals and collaborate to hit targets.
• Generate results for KPIs like revenue, comp growth, traffic, conversion, and loyalty.
• Complete tasks assigned by Store Manager, including merchandising and operations.
