Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will plan, coordinate, and supervise day‑to‑day operations to ensure the efficient flow of goods, manage a small team, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Co‑ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Co‑ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Other Requirements
  • Supervise 3–4 people
  • Work conditions: Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
