A community support organization in Canada is looking for tech-savvy volunteers to act as Virtual Coaches for students in grades 1–6. The role involves supporting children through online activities that promote physical fitness, literacy, and leadership skills. Volunteers will create an inclusive and fun online learning environment, contributing to the positive development of participants. This is a part-time virtual opportunity running from October to May, focusing on students' character strengths.
A S2F Virtual Coach plays a significant role in encouraging children weekly to achieve positive change physically, mentally, and emotionally through fitness and literacy. Coaches help build confidence and motivation within children, while reducing learning gaps and developing a lifelong love of learning.
The Junior Coach Leadership Program is an online after-school program for students in grades 7 and 8. It runs on Mondays after-school for 1 hour and focuses on developing students’ leadership skills, while still incorporating physical activity and literacy. Start times are between 4:30 and 6:30pm EST (4:30pm MST).
We’re looking for reliable, tech-savvy volunteers to support students in Grades 1–6 through virtual sessions. As a Virtual Volunteer, you’ll help create a fun, inclusive, and consistent online learning space where kids feel seen and supported. Join us in creating real impact—one virtual session at a time!
