Highbury North Pet Hospital is a locally owned, independent veterinary clinic providing quality, personalized, compassionate care to pets and their people. We’re looking for a friendly, organized Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to join our close-knit team!

What You’ll Do:

Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism

Schedule appointments, manage calls, and handle invoices

Maintain accurate medical records

Assist with patient handling when needed

Help keep the clinic clean and organized

Educate clients on basic care and treatment plans

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic is a must (Reception or Assistant)

Team player with a love for animals

Comfortable using computer systems (Avimark is a plus)
Ability to follow/adhere to protocols/standards
