Amazon is hiring an experienced business leader to join the Hardlines category team at Amazon Canada. As a Vendor Manager, you will own the P&L and define the strategic direction for a diverse portfolio. You’ll work with key vendors to build long-term partnerships, resolve business issues, and lead negotiations representing Amazon at the executive level.

About the role: Vendor Manager, Hardlines Category

You will lead vendor strategy, manage multiple brand relationships, and drive growth through selection, pricing, inventory, and promotion. You will also collaborate with internal teams such as inventory management, marketing, PR, and software development to create the best customer experience.

The role demands the ability to think strategically and execute tactically, using a blend of category instinct and data to create and implement plans. Expect to manage complex projects, forecast business needs, and act as a key driver of innovation in online retail.
