Our Vancouver-based client is a well-funded start-up that is building next generation SaaS productivity tools that target the B2B market. Growing rapidly, they seek a talented UX developer to join their dynamic team of developers and data scientists.

You will be enabling third‑party integrations and developing enhanced functionality for their suite of productivity tools. The environment is a highly‑scalable cloud platform. The team is an experienced group of entrepreneurs and developers with proven track records of success.

You're a self‑starter who is comfortable in an agile development environment. You are able to understand and interpret user stories and then translate these into meaningful product features. You work well with others and contribute to brainstorm sessions. Your thinking evolves quickly and you work well on a team of like‑minded players.

You have experience with complex, customer‑facing products that require extensions, plug‑ins and ongoing enhancements. There will be web and mobile applications.

Skill Set

• You’ve worked with cloud‑hosted applications
• You’ve got experience with SaaS products
• You’ve worked with APIs and Microservices
• You’re strong with TypeScript, React, Redux – ideally React 16.8+ APIs
• You’ve got some experience with CSS & UI frameworks, ideally CSS‑in‑JS solutions or Chakra UI
• You’ve knowledge and experience with front‑end security principals
• You’ve got experience with mobile app development – React native or iOS development with Swift
• You’re an outstanding communicator, able to mentor others

The office is located in the heart of Vancouver. You will be working in a hybrid environment (two days a week in the office).
