A private liberal arts university in Ontario is looking for a University Libraries Coordinator to oversee daily operations, manage communications, and ensure quality control in library services. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of administrative experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour
Accountabilities include the coordination of the daily and ongoing operations of the Colgate University Libraries. Serve as a lead with other support staff within the division. Responsible for developing work procedures and training others. Responsible for distributing work to others, maintaining quality control and ensuring deadlines are met.
A minimum of an Associate’s degree or a combination of education and experience from which comparable skills are attained is required.
