As a Travelling Brand Ambassador, you’ll deliver a premium, nightlife-driven customer experience while introducing adult consumers to an innovative smoke‑free tobacco product. Your mission is simple: engage, educate, and convert. By pairing confident product knowledge with magnetic presence and top‑tier service, you’ll turn late‑night conversations into real sales and lasting brand loyalty.

As a trusted Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent the brand with style, confidence, and integrity in clubs, lounges, events, and nightlife settings. This on‑call role is perfect for sales pros who thrive after dark, love live events while offering year‑round opportunities across multiple activations and regions.

Details
  • Territory: Collingwood
  • Access to a Car: Mandatory
  • Start Date: February 9th, 2026.
  • Salary: from $30/hr

Please note: This role is intended to be an ongoing, year‑round gig on an on‑call/as‑needed basis. Candidates must have availability and flexibility, particularly for evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Focus: Engaging, educating, and converting adult consumers through premium, nightlife‑driven brand experiences
  • Sales Expectations: Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Customer Interaction: Face‑to‑face engagement with adult consumers in high‑energy, social environments while educating customers on the benefits of smoke‑free devices
  • Brand Representation: Act as a trusted Brand Ambassador with a polished, confident, and professional presence
  • Retailer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with retail staff while educating customers on the benefits of smoke‑free devices
Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is mandatory
  • Comfortable working outdoors and nightlife environments
  • Travel and accommodations will be provided or compensated when applicable
  • This role requires standing for extended periods and actively engaging with customers throughout the activation. You must also be able to transport personal materials and assets, including a briefcase and a 30 lb mobile table.
