Job summary

CBI Health Group is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist in Toronto to administer and optimize compensation and benefits programs. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and leaders to ensure competitive, equitable total rewards aligned with organizational goals.

The role emphasizes data analysis, market benchmarking, and continuous program improvement, with a focus on accuracy, governance, and impact across a multi-location healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or related HR discipline.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, market benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis).
• Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, salary ranges, and reviews.
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking using external surveys and data.
• Maintain compensation data, salary structures, and related documentation.
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
• Develop reports and dashboards on compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business leaders.
