A leading sports facilities operator is seeking a Total Rewards Administrator for their North York Head Office in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs while ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates should have 2–3 years of HR experience and strong skills in Microsoft Excel. The salary range for this position is $59,000 to $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, compensation, or benefits administration.
• Experience supporting benefits and disability claims administration preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate level).
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.

Responsabilités

• Maintain compensation records and support annual compensation review processes.
• Liaise with benefits carriers and brokers to resolve inquiries.
