Job summary

Metro Supply Chain in Mississauga is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist on a 1-year contract to provide analytical support for the design and execution of the organization’s total rewards programs. You will collaborate with HR partners, external vendors, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our values.

Responsibilities include job architecture, market pricing and benchmarking, and development of pay structures for merit, promotions and off-cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CCP or CEBS certification is a bonus.
• 3–5 years of Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits experience in multi-site settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop job architecture frameworks based on market practice and alignment with talent strategies.
• Conduct benchmarking and market pricing using external salary surveys.
• Develop pay structures for merit, promotions and off-cycle adjustments.
• Monitor labour market trends and regulatory changes; maintain Total Rewards data integrity.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with HR Partners and leaders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
