Job summary

You will collaborate with leading consultants to design compensation and rewards strategies, perform benchmarking, and analyze financial impacts for clients across industries. You will engage in data analysis, modeling, and documentation to support client decisions and continuous improvement in total rewards design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with quantitative coursework and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Work experience that demonstrates analytic and client service skills.
• Passion for solving problems and delivering client-focused solutions.
• Strong financial literacy is highly preferred.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, yet cooperate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and clients to design pay philosophies and reward strategies.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses to ensure market competitiveness.
• Perform industry and financial research and stay current on trends.
• Model pay structures and analyze financial impact of alternative designs.
• Develop and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs.
• Draft documents presenting analytical work to client audiences.
• Value equity awards using financial formulas.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency within client teams.
