Territory Sales Representative – Building Materials

Territory: Eastern Ontario

Compensation: $80-90K base + 50% bonus (paid quarterly) + car allowance + excellent perks

The Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of an established territory in Eastern Ontario, with significant opportunity to grow market share. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and expanding relationships with distributors, dealers, and contractors.
  • Pulling demand through regional distribution partners.
  • Promoting products directly to architects, designers, and contractors to influence specifications and sales.
  • Educating and training distributor sales teams to help drive revenue in the region.

This position requires a hunter mindset — someone who enjoys developing new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and being on the road across Eastern Ontario. Some overnight travel will be required.

The Candidate

Previous experience in building materials is an asset but not required. What’s most important is drive, organization, and the ability to work independently. Comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided. The right person will be:
