Steam Whistle Brewing is seeking a Territory Retail Sales Manager for the GTA West region (Mississauga, Milton, Oakville, Hamilton, Burlington, Guelph). You will drive retail sales, execute promotions, and build in-store relationships across Ontario's key beer channels.

The role requires retail experience in beverage/alcohol, proven time management, and strong relationship-building skills. Travel within the GTA West is expected; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in beverage/alcohol is preferred.
• Ability to manage time, build relationships and drive sales.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual goals for the retail channels in the territory.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives, product launches and in-store branding.
• Represent brands at retail events and support store openings.
• Develop and optimize in-store displays and opportunities.
• Schedule visits to stores, identify distribution opportunities and build partnerships.
• Prepare route plans, field notes and competitive intel for leadership.
• Manage budget and assist distribution with corporate programs.
• Review sales data and maintain retail tools and reports.
• Build relationships with drinkers and influencers to drive loyalty and sales.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario alcohol regulations and timely expense reporting.
