Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Canada is seeking a Territory Manager for the GTA North region to drive sales and distribution in ON Premise and OFF Premise accounts. You will plan coverage, conduct tastings, and execute company sales methods to meet volume targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years FMCG sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and knowledge of liquor regulations. You will partner with supplier reps and management to grow brands across Vaughan, Markham,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution.
• Plan daily/weekly/monthly quotas and distribution objectives.
• Grow volume and distribution by building relationships with ON/OFF Premise accounts.
• Conduct product tastings and education sessions.
• Report competitive activities and offer strategic recommendations.
• Prospect and qualify new accounts for brand fit.
• Collaborate with supplier reps and management to promote sales.
• Maintain shelf positioning and price point management in key accounts.
