Job summary

Steam Whistle Brewing in Toronto is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative - Driver to deliver beer and kegs across the GTA, restock coolers, and support returns with a focus on service.

Candidates should hold a full G license, be physically capable, and have strong communication skills; benefits include wellness days and employee assistance, plus weekly beer allotment and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer, kegs and packaged goods across supply chain networks and handle returns as a Steam Whistle brand ambassador.
• Restock customer coolers and collect empties.
• Comply with CVOR and highway traffic act regulations.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean vehicle; ensure timely admin paperwork.
• Proactively communicate with Distribution and Sales teams, raising issues and ideas as necessary.
• Promote Accounts Receivable policy and explain how receipts/credits are applied.

Job description

Customer Service Representative - Driver (Toronto/Etobicoke)

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer, kegs and packaged goods across the various supply chain networks and pick up all returns while being a brand ambassador to Steam Whistle, delivering exceptional customer service
• Restock customer’s coolers where necessary and collect all empties
• Comply with CVOR regulations and all other highway traffic act regulations
• Conduct business in a professional manner including smart personal appearance, and keeping a clean and maintained delivery vehicle
• Proactively communicate with Distribution and Sales teams, raising issues and ideas as necessary
• Promote Steam Whistle’s Accounts Receivable Policy; advising customers of their account status and demonstrating how receipts/empty credits will be applied
• Completion of administration/paperwork as required on timely basis

This is a part time position, offering 3 to 5 day-shifts per week between Monday and Friday. Pay range $22.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
