Job summary

Sysco is seeking an outside sales professional in the Montreal area to promote our products and services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve territory sales and profit goals.

You will travel to customer accounts, conferences, and meetings, provide product information and training, manage orders and deliveries, and participate in promotions and events.

This role may require non-traditional hours and 25%-50% travel; driving to customer accounts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of experience in outside sales or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads to meet stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor product/service solutions.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend relevant products.
• Answer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and usage.
• Drive to customer accounts, conventions, and meetings.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Manage accounts receivable and coordinate deliveries.
