Job summary

BGIS in Surrey seeks an experienced Property Manager - Tenant Relations to sustain positive tenant relationships, manage responsive service, and coordinate landlord work for commercial properties.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will lead communications, support operating and capital budgets, and develop regular financial reporting to meet program goals. Ideal candidates hold a community college diploma with 3–5 years of experience and certifications such as CFM, CPM, FMA or RPA.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent training required, with relevant certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial property management experience.
• CFM/CPM/FMA/RPA certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive tenant relationships with timely, professional responses and proactive issue handling.
• Coordinate tenant construction activities and landlord work per lease obligations.
• Meet with management, tenants, vendors and senior staff to resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare and distribute tenant communications and reports.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting for operating and capital budgets.
