Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced property management professional in Surrey to maintain positive tenant relationships and oversee lease obligations with a focus on responsive service and data-driven performance reporting.

You will lead a team, coordinate tenant activities, and develop budgets while ensuring compliance with policies and contracts. This role emphasizes communication with tenants, vendors, and senior management to drive client satisfaction and financial success.

Qualifications

• Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET).
• Experience: More than three years up to five years. Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) through IFMA.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) through Institute of Real Estate Management.
• Facility Management Administrator (FMA) Designation through Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMI).
• Real Property Administrator (RPA) through BOMI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive tenant relationships and ensure expectations are met.
• Coordinate tenant construction activity and landlord work per lease obligations.
• Meet with management, tenants, vendors, contractors and senior management to resolve challenges.
• Coordinate and distribute tenant communications.
• Maintain PWGSC image and building presentation.
• Support maintenance and performance metrics reporting.
• Ensure insurance and contract files are complete and current.
• Assist in initiatives to improve tenant relations.
• Coordinate tenant events and meetings.
• Support the Property Manager with initiatives.
