Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Temporary Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor. You will drive sales, mentor a team, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical initiatives.
• Maintain product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance.
• Foster DEIB, open communication, and inclusive teamwork.
• Handle cash transactions, open/close registers, and secure the store.
• Monitor attendance, breaks, and shift readiness.
• Maintain displays and apply Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with inventory tasks and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
