You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, coach for results, and promote Lush brand values through demonstrations and community engagement. This full-time role emphasizes operational excellence and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback and training
• Comfort solving day-to-day customer service issues
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coaching using StoreForce data and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals
• Lead on the shop floor to inspire Sales Associates and exceed daily targets
• Deliver world-class customer experiences with product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethics
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
• Train and develop Sales Ambassadors and peers
• Support cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations
• Maintain visuals, merchandising, stock and inventory practices
