Job summary

Lush in West Vancouver (Park Royal) is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll train and coach Sales Ambassadors, lead daily operations, handle cash and opening/closing duties, and promote Lush values, ethical sourcing, and skincare expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Experience with skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coaching using store performance data to meet/exceed goals.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush values and brand ethics in-store and via events.
• Deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
