Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader in Winnipeg to support the Store Management Team. You will drive sales, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining store standards.

You will coach staff, deliver product demonstrations, and promote Lush brand values. Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience coaching, feedback and training of staff.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
