Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader in Mississauga to support Store Management, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You’ll lead a team of sales associates, coach on sales techniques, and ensure brand values and ethical commitments are communicated through daily interactions and store events. This role emphasizes training, DEIB, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in: customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights.
• Lead on customer experience, including product demonstrations and daily goals.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices to build loyalty.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and skills.
• Foster DEIB culture through open communication and collaboration.
