Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader at our Calgary location. You will spend time on the shop floor leading a team of sales associates, driving sales, and delivering a superior customer experience through demonstrations and personalized service.

You will educate customers on our brand values, support training, and ensure floor leadership aligns with store standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to day-to-day customer service operations.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team using store metrics and adjusting floor plans.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor with product demos and consultations.
• Educate customers on brand values and engage in community initiatives to drive traffic.
• Expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
