Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all business areas, driving sales, optimizing operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. On the shop floor, you’ll inspire a team of sales associates, lead trainings, and uphold the brand’s values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coaching the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical commitments in-store.
• Lead training and development of Sales Ambassadors and peers.
• Ensure cash handling, opening/closing, and store security procedures.
