Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience in coaching, feedback, and training.
• Strong problem-solving skills in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team and adjusting floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values, ethical practices, and store initiatives.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed product recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and growth.
• Foster DEIB and inclusive teamwork within the store.
• Lead cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain visuals, merchandising, stock, and inventory to optimize the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
