Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to guide a team on the shop floor, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will train Sales Ambassadors, promote Lush values, and ensure product knowledge is up-to-date. The role emphasizes DEIB, cross-cultural collaboration, and a passion for skincare while supporting store operations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service.
• Fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
