ODL is seeking an IT Technician to join our IT team in Canada. Under the IT Director, you will provide hands-on technical support and help manage and secure our computer systems in both office and plant environments.

You will respond to issues, maintain equipment and networks (LAN/WAN, servers, switches, firewalls), manage telephony and access controls (Office 365, Intune), and contribute to security and documentation. English communication is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5-year degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical support, network management and Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Intune).
• Experience with Ubiquiti, Meraki and Fortinet equipment is an asset.
• Ability to solve complex problems and work under pressure.
• Autonomy and excellent customer service.
• English communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the IT Director, the IT technician provides technical support to users as well as the management and maintenance of the company's technological infrastructures.
