What you’re responsible for :
- Providing comprehensive end-user support across multiple Ontario locations including on-site visits as needed
- Supporting users across Windows 11, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Monitoring the IT ticketing system ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintaining and supporting both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure including Azure, Intune and other Microsoft services
- Deploying and configuring desktops, laptops and servers in accordance with client requirements
- Delivering desktop support services including hardware repairs, peripheral setup and software installations
- Assisting the network team with network equipment maintenance, asset lifecycle management and compliance with IT standards across locations
- Coordinating with third-party vendors for issue resolution beyond internal support capacity
- Contributing to internal IT knowledge and support onboarding and training initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to enhance IT support services and recommend process improvements
Qualifications : To join our team :
- You have a minimum 3 years in an IT support role ideally within both office and industrial environments
- You understand hybrid infrastructure: on-premises and cloud environments
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- You have a proactive and innovative mindset with a continuous improvement focus
- You are proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and network fundamentals (e.g. TCP/IP, VPN)
- You have hands-on experience with Hybrid Azure/Active Directory, Intune and mobile device management platforms
- You have a general understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- You have a valid Ontario driver's license and flexibility to travel frequently across regional sites
- You are independent and dependable; able to work solo or collaboratively in a team
