Job summary

Le Groupe LD Inc. recherche un chargé de clientèle/ventes intervenant dans le domaine des fournitures industrielles. Le candidat gérera les devis, les contrats et les commandes, tout en évaluant les besoins du client et en fournissant un service après-vente de qualité.

Le poste exige un diplôme collégial (1–2 années) et une expérience en service client ou vente; formation continue et avantages offerts. Horaire de jour, 37 heures par semaine.

Qualifications

• Diplôme collégial pertinent; formation de 1 à 2 ans demandée.
• Expérience en service client ou vente souhaitée.
• Capacité à lire des plans est un atout.

Responsibilities

• Estimer ou citer les prix, termes de crédit ou de contrat, remises et dates de livraison.
• Superviser la préparation des ventes et des commandes.
• Préparer les ventes ou autres contrats.
• Lire les plans pour déterminer les dimensions et besoins en matériaux.
• Évaluer les besoins du client et recommander les produits ou services adaptés.
• Réaliser des transactions de vente et préparer les contrats.
• Consulter les clients après la vente pour un soutien continu.
