Sewa Enterprise Ltd. in Surrey, BC, is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to direct and optimize the performance of commercial facilities, including warehouses, retail/distribution centers, and greenhouses.

You will supervise staff, coordinate safety inspections, and manage budgets and reporting. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in facilities operations; you will oversee installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures and plan

Formación

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• Experience an asset.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities
• Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
• Plan and organize construction projects
• Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
• Promote sales to existing clients
• Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
• Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
