Pack-Smart Inc. Automation in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with a passion for identifying and attracting top electro‑mechanical and engineering talent.

You will own the sourcing process, collaborate with engineering teams, and advance recruitment strategies to meet project milestones. You bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, strong English communication, and a proactive approach to stay current with industry practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in technical talent sourcing and assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly source and hire high quality technical positions to meet project milestones through Advertising, Role Promotion and Proactive Outreach.
• Collaborate closely with hiring team to assess evolving talent requirements and develop strategic, tailored recruitment approaches aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage diverse talent-sourcing strategies, including social media platforms and targeted outreach, to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral-based interviews and phone/virtual screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, competencies, cultural alignment, and overall suitability for the role.
