THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the next phase of growth at MPOYNT. This is a hands-on recruiting role. You'll own full-cycle hiring across Canada and the U.S., partnering directly with senior leadership to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent across technical and customer-facing teams.

Beyond recruiting, you'll help improve the processes, tools, and practices that support how we hire. Success in this role won't be measured by the number of requisitions you manage – it will be measured by the quality of the people you help bring into the business.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Toronto office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own full-cycle recruitment across Infrastructure, Technical Services, SecOps, Technical Sales, and Software Engineering.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional technical talent.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, improve interview processes, and make thoughtful hiring decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within IT Consulting, Managed Services, or another technology-focused environment.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive technical talent through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and make thoughtful hiring decisions.
• A resourceful approach to recruiting. You know how to compete for exceptional talent through creativity, persistence, strong relationships, and thoughtful execution – not simply larger recruiting budgets or compensation packages.
• Experience helping a growing organization scale its team without compromising hiring quality.
• Experience recruiting technical talent across infrastructure, field services, or managed services is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

• $97,500 – $115,000 CAD + annual performance bonus + comprehensive benefits package.
