We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the next phase of growth at MPOYNT. This is a hands-on recruiting role. You'll own full-cycle hiring across Canada and the U.S., partnering directly with senior leadership to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent across technical and customer-facing teams.
Beyond recruiting, you'll help improve the processes, tools, and practices that support how we hire. Success in this role won't be measured by the number of requisitions you manage – it will be measured by the quality of the people you help bring into the business.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Toronto office.
