Job summary

Kensington Range Group in Toronto is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Technology & Corporate Recruitment to support hiring across fast-growing travel and technology brands. This hybrid role requires hands-on full-cycle recruitment and partnering with business leaders.

You’ll own searches end-to-end, build pipelines, and leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple professional functions.
• Experience recruiting Technology talent (Software, IT, Product, Data).
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offers and onboarding.
• Lead recruitment across Technology & Product and other corporate functions.
• Source passive talent and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive decisions.
