Job summary

Kensington Range Group in Toronto is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Technology & Corporate Recruitment to support hiring across fast-growing travel and technology brands. This hybrid role requires hands-on full-cycle recruitment and partnering with business leaders.

You’ll own searches end-to-end, build pipelines, and leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple professional functions.
• Experience recruiting Technology talent (Software, IT, Product, Data).
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS is a plus.

About the Role

Range Group/Kensington is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our growing portfolio of travel and technology brands.

This role will have a strong focus onTechnology & Product recruitment, while supporting a diverse portfolio of professional hiring acrossFinance, Marketing & Creative, Human Resources, Strategy, Operations, Sales, and other corporate functions.

You’llown searches end-to-end, proactively build talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs andidentifythe right talent. This is an opportunity for a well-rounded recruiter who can move comfortably between a specialized technical search and broader corporate hiring while delivering a consistently strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.

What You’ll Do

• Ownfull-cycle recruitmentfrom intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and pre-onboarding.
• Lead recruitment across Technology & Product, including Software Development, QA, Product, Data & Analytics, IT,Security, and other technical disciplines.
• Support hiring acrossSales,Finance, Marketing & Creative, HR, Strategy, Operations, and other corporate functions as business priorities evolve.
• Supporttargeted recruitment strategies based on role requirements, talent availability, and market conditions.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent, building pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Conduct structured candidate assessments to evaluate technical or functional capability, motivation, communication, and overall fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate profiles,providemarket insights, and drive effective hiring decisions.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through responsive communication, transparency, and engagement.
• Maintainaccuraterecruitment activity and reporting within Greenhouse , ensuring strong process discipline,visibility, and documentation.
• Levera geAI, automation, and emerging recruitment technologyt o improve sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent campaigns, referrals, and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally supporting multiple professional functions in an in-house or agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience recruitingTechnology talent, with the ability to understand technical requirements and credibly engage candidates across Software Development, QA, Product, Data, IT, or related disciplines.
• Experience recruiting acrossadditionalprofessional functions such asFinance, Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations, or other corporate roles.
• Strongproactive sourcing skills, with experienceidentifyingand engaging passive and hard-to-find talent.
• Ability to manage multiple searches acrossdifferent functions, seniority levels, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong hiring-manager partnership skills, with the confidence to provide recommendations, influence decisions, and constructively challenge assumptions.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and candidate-management skills.
• Experience with ATS and modern recruitment technology;Greenhouse experience is an asset.
• Curiosity and comfort adoptingAI-enabled sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Hybrid – 2-3 days a week in office at our Downtown Toronto headquarters.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position's base salary is: $65,000 to $85,000 CAD.

The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
