Bilinguallink, a growing software product development company with a presence in Canada and the USA, is seeking a strategic Talent Management Lead in Toronto, ON. This full-time role combines IT recruitment leadership with HR responsibilities to build a strong IT talent pipeline and a positive candidate experience.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment for data engineers and software developers, develop referral pipelines, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing, conduct pre-screenings,

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT recruitment, with ability to proactively source technical talent.
• Ability to develop talent pipelines for IT skills based on anticipated demand.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Data Engineers, Software Developers and related IT roles in Canada.
• Develop and maintain pipelines and referrals to support growth.
• Drive candidate engagement via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates, schedule technical interviews with Tech Leads and heads, and guide them through hiring.
